Best Methods to Unhide a single row
After
reading this method you can unhide a single row easily.
Method-01
Step 1: Finding Hidden Row: - To find the hidden row you have to count
numbers given the left side of excel window. In given example you can see that Row
number 6 is hidden.
You can
see Number 6 Row is not appear between row number 5 and 7. That means there is a hidden row.
Step 2: Hover your mouse over there. The
mouse pointer will change to a double-headed arrow.
Step 3: Click there and drag down the
Row
OR
Double
click over there. The Row will be unhide automatically
Method-02
Step 1: Find the hidden Row As stated
above
Step 2: Go to hidden row. Double-headed
pointer will be visible.
Step 3: Right click on mouse.
Step 4: Click on unhide given in the small window. The Row will be
visible.
Best Methods to Unhide All Rows in Excel
To unhide all hidden
rows firstly we have to select all cells. There are two different ways to
select all rows.
First - Go to under the
name box you will see a box there, In this box you will see a Triangular, Mouse
pointer will be changed into plus sign (+), click over there, all cells will be
selected.
Second- This is the
shortcut to select all cells. Press CTRL + A from Keyboard. All cells will be
selected.
Unhide All Rows Using Mouse
Method 1
After
selecting all cells, click right on mouse a small window will open, there is a
unhide option. Click on unhide, then you will see all row will be unhide.
I
am sharing example photo. In this photo there are two hidden rows (row number 6
and 9). Firstly select all cells by Pressing CTRL + A (the shortcut to select
all rows and columns). After that click right on mouse anywhere on worksheet.
To unhide all rows click on unhide option.

Method 2
In this
method we will see the use of drag-down by mouse to unhide all rows. There is
an example video, in this video you can see that there are 5 rows (row number
03, 05, 07, 09, 11) are hidden.
- Press CTRL +A to select all rows and columns
- Find the Hidden Rows
- Go to row heading
- The mouse pointer will changed into two headed arrow
- Just right click over there and drag-down
- All cells will be unhide
Unhide All Rows Using given option in Home Tab
In excel
there are many options given in tabs. By using these options we can easily
modify our excel spreadsheet. Here we will learn about unhide rows option given
in home tab.
To
unhide all Rows
All cells will be visible.
- Select all rows and columns (CTRL + A)
- Go to Home Tab
- Then go to cells section,
- There is format option, click on it
- A drop down menu will open
- Go to Visibility > Hide & Unhide
- Then click on Unhide Rows
All cells will be visible.
